RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We endeavor to despatch all orders quickly subject to security checks via Royal Mail or Parcelforce, orders placed over a weekend or on a bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day. Delivery to international and offshore UK destinations will be subject to approval and will vary depending on location.
We want you to enjoy your new equipment, however, if for any reason there’s anything you’re not satisfied with please contact us immediately or at the latest within 7 days of receipt to discuss your concerns.
When returning an item please ensure it is in the original packaging and fully insured against loss or damage.

All costs involved in returning an item purchased and returned for any reason other than faulty will be the purchaser's responsibility unless agreed by us in advance of any return.

Please note that sale/discounted items in most cases may not be eligible for a full refund when returned (unless agreed in writing in advance), they may be subject to a stocking/return charge or exchange depending on circumstance. Please contact us if you purchase a discounted item you intend to return.

Cancellation of plans.
If you have a payment plan in operation you can pause or cancel at any time. If your plan is for equipment and you wish to cancel please contact us directly to arrange this. If you want to change the equipment for other equipment this can be done without penalty.
If you require a refund then charges may apply, charges will relate to processing charges and admin fees. Refunds for plans can take up to 14 working days once approved.

All items returned for a refund should show no signs of being used (IE Have not had mounts or accessories fitted etc) and all packaging and box contents should be complete and in "as new" condition.
Due to the nature of optics, you must ensure that any optics you return should be adequately packaged and insured in transit.

In all cases when you wish to return an item please contact us to discuss your request and obtain a return authorization code.
In most cases, a quick call to one of our team can resolve any problems quickly.
